Except I, too keep the lights off...probably because my eyes are closed, and watching tv at that moment doesn't appeal to me. During one of my most recent 10s, the tv was on, on E!TVs "Wild on the Bahamas", and I couldn't/didn't even open my eyes to see all the bikini-clad tanned beauties. Now THAT'S a pain!!
I also pace rarely, mainly because it doesn't help. Hitting myself in the head hurts, so I don't do that either. I only use the shower massage for other-than-shower uses when I DON'T have a headache, haha.
