Get to a neurologist immediately and start trying something. Imitrex (it's called something else in England - can't think of the name offhand) or an Ergotomine, something to stop the pain. AND QUIT DRINKING! That is a 99% trigger for Clusters. A few CHers can drink, but they're few and far between - why take a chance? The pain just ain't worth it!
O2 will help abort the HA if you get to it in time in most cases. Ice packs help me (for some heat helps). Magnesium-Calicum-Zinc tabs help some and you might try Feverfew tabs (it takes about a month before they even pretend to start working so don't get discouraged if you're not well by the next day). Other than that get to a doctor as soon as you can. Take info from this site with you and make him read it. Let him know what has worked for others and keep trying till you find something that works for you.
