Your dose will likely have to be raised slowly. It is common for you to get initial relief, then breakthrough. Speak to your dr but i believe you will need to increase to 8 mg/day (4mg twice/day) to see full beneift. The key is raise dose slowly to minimize side effects. With time, the sansert will reduce the number of headaches and hopefully put you in remission, it will happen over several weeks, not right away
