YES! Your description re: oxygen relief, duration (50-60 min) and
normal activity following the ch is so VERY similar to what I experience.
Food like wine & cheese does trigger.
The headaches have stopped with this prednisone treatment, and I am
using a contoured pillow with 2 heights: one edge for sleeping on back,
the higher edge for sleeping on side.
