Personally, I have a hard time believing that this particular H.A. only happens to you on a saturday. HMMMMMMMMMMM. For most of us, the damn headache does not discriminate on the day. Could it be that you may have drank some alcohol on Fri???? Also, usually the tearing in the eye happens at the same time we experience the H.A., not afterwards. These H.A.s should not last 24 to 36 hours either. In my humble opinion, I'd ask you to see a neurologist and have a cat scan, and other work-ups, such as blood. This doesn't sound like a true Cluster. Much luck to you. Linda
