when i first started getting ch's i ran around the house,(out run it?)beat my head on the wall all of the normal text book things. biofeedback was hard to do for me, and took several years before i found a way for it to help me. i was just lucky to have a roommate at the time who was into all of that kind of stuff. i was sceptial of it when i was first introdused. (how can that help. just give me my demeral. this was before imatrex.)but think about it. if you work hard enough at keeping calm and staying as relaxed as you posibly can it does help. when you lose control and the beast takes you over than thats it it has you for as long as it wants. if you have someone who can help you while learning bio. its easer. my roommate would sit and hold my hand talking very softly and in a monotone just calmly helping me to relax. she would see what i did not and bring it to my attention so i could take control. i thank her for what she did for me. she is still my best friend to this day.
