Disagree with # 5. I switched sides from HA to HA when I was chronic. Last Sept. was right sided, a lot of 10s and lasted only 5 days. This spring, left sided, rarely beyond an 8 and I think the SOB may be finally gone. I would add "and lie still" to #6 and add another question. "Do you control your headaches with OTC meds? You probably don't have CH."
