I know this isn't new but I wanted to offer it up just in case you haven't tried it yet. At the perscription of Dr. Gary Mellick about a year ago, I started a treatment that worked then and just worked again. I extended the days on the high dosage of Prenizone and have had complete relief. Here's the drill:
For six days...
Each morning: 80 mg Prednizone, Verapamil (dosage?)
Three times a day: Dilantin (dosage?)
Then for the next six days, 60 mg Prednizone + Dilantin and Verapamil.
Not a single headache since starting this on 8/18. I plan on tapering off the dosages over the next two weeks and then taking nothing. Guess I'll go drink a beer since I now can. Good luck.
