I think it's clear you're talking about the general characteristics of CH and GENERALLY, I think you're right on To help meet the needs of people with #6, it could read, "When you have a headache, do you like to lie very still in a dark, quiet place?" Actually #8 deals with this. You could eliminate #6 altogether.
Don't give up on this quiz DJ. I REALLY think you're on the right track here.
