Sorry about your brother, but my sister's husband had a similiar problem. Larry suffered for month in terrible pain with a headache. My sister took him to every available doctor in town but they were unable to detect anything wrong. She also religion with no suscess there. One day she was called at home to come and get Larry from work she put Larry in the car and headed straight to Houston Texas to a hospital, on the way Larry attacked her she had to stop the car and run .Motorist on the way saw this and escorted her into Houston. In one hour results were in Larry had a tumor in the back of his head close to the brain. Doctors were able to operate with a 50-50 chance of losing his life. He took that chance and today he is fine. No headache or pain since. I think you should take him to Doctors that are qualified to work in that area of the head. Please do so for your brothers sake. It may save his life.
