Michelle, make fun of you? Never! You hit the nail on the proverbial. What you say goes along with my way of thinking. My belief is that until we get some meds to kill this CH dead, we got to use what I call Psychological warfare. It's my mind (the place where I live) against this monster that wants to destroy me! At the basic level it is harnessing all the anger and hate and focusing it to a constructive use. We can blast it out but often others get hurt by the fallout. So any system that enables you to channel this energy in a positive manner has the thumbs-up in my book.
