Similar experience, one two month episode per year for seven years. I then went three years with no headaches, and back they came two months ago. I am at the end of my cycle, Verapmil and O2 did the trick for most of my headaches. I have also given much thought to why this year and not the last three, I have not come up with any ideas, and after reading these posts, I am fairly confident it is not some obvious change in our regiment. Pain free days ahead, consider some of the treatments listed on this post. There is relief in the form of medication - use it.
