Ache - to suffer a dull sustained pain. That's the first entry in my pocket dictionary. Sustained fits but dull? Yes, we want for a better name for the beast. We need something that is more descriptive of this intense tearing burning pain. Cranial Ravishing Acute Pain (CRAP) comes to mind but I'm sure we can come up with something better than that.
