Looking for contacts in Germany

Hi,
I am looking for contacts in Germany. I haven't found
a similar side somewhere else.
Does anybody know a good specialist doc close to
cologne or duesseldorf.
I'm also looking for a self-help group.
I'm just starting with O2. I use an O2 concentrator,
but I'm looking for O2 tanks to be mobile.
