the headache part of the name is a BIG part of the problem in receiving proper care and reasonable treatment in the workplace, insurance, etc
probably REAL tough to change at this point
only way to effectively do so would be have someone like Goadsby start using a different term and convince his colleagues to do so
having a conventional & recognized NAME is extremely important, unfortunately, because of the extensive codification of our medical care system - it would be disaster to start loosley throwing around experimental terms, because they wouldn't show up in the texts, PDR, treatment guidelines, etc - and that would result in people being turned out completely
tough one, but two sides to the story
