everybody:
I have been doing just this for years, not knowing that it is a defined & developed technique
IT WORKS - it's that simple
BUT - it takes lots & lots of thought & practice, so if you are in the "I need a magic bullet" crowd, you'll probably curse Michelle & I to the rafters before you start seeing results
