Todd, Claudette had spoke to me Sunday after I was having a rather bad one, thanks Claudette. She asked me the same question about getting depressed when they come back (this is her first time), and I told her it does at first cuz in the back of my mind I always hope they don't, but know better.
So maybe that is why she posted what she did, it's all new to her. I don't think she meant anything by using the word stupid. Know you would never call anyone that.
My family doctor (she doesn't treat me but likes to know what is going on, she gave up on me a long time ago.) After one cycle I said something about trying something different when "IT" ( I refuse to even give it any kind of name, it's just something that happens to me) comes back. She said I shouldn't think of it that they will come back...I told her in my mind it's better to think that than get all depressed when they do. We all know they will come back so why not admitted it and just enjoy the remission time we get. That remission time was the longest I ever had.
