Carl....I'm now back on amatryptalene, a tri-cyclic anti depressant, which has worked for me in the past, just don't like the drugged feeling. My cycle this time, is very different that I 've ever had before, so felt that I would probably need more than ever. One week ago, I reluctantly started on 25mgs (lowest possible dose) and I slept through the night for the first time in weeks. Every other day I have had a CH, and have now upped the dose to 50mgs. I will slowly up the dose, until the CH are down to every 5 days or so. Several people have tried Amatryptalene, but without results. Maybe you should give it a go, it may help with the headaches and the depression. It doesn't cost and arm and & a leg either. Have you tried it??
