Not sure what nifedipine is, haven't used it. On the imitrex, you'll have to try and see if the nasal spray version works for you. It's great for me (relief in under 10 minutes) but for some others it hasn't worked quickly. It's about $15 less per dose where I shop.

The injectable imitrex is pretty easy to use, it's a push-n-click type but the hypodermic needle type is also available. Relief in 5 minutes or so.

Oxygen is good for me too, works in 80 percent of attacks. At 8 liters/min it's done its job in 10 to 15 minutes. If it hasn't worked by the 15 minute mark, it probably won't work at all for me.
