Excellent! May I add a Canadian relief to that?

Outstanding Gary....as always.
For those of us that live in the snow belt, one more relief trick we have learned is if we are stuck travelling during a CH cycle for Mike in the winter, we always bring a plastic baggie. If an attack hits him, he stops and scoops some snow into the bag and holds it on the back of his neck. Voila! Instant ice relief and much easier to carry than a cooler that won't keep ice frozen.
I guess for those of you that don't get snow, stopping at a 7-11 if you get caught on the road and filling a bag with a slurpee would also do the trick. Might get a little messy though if you don't buy the zip-lock bags.....
Anyways, Mike just wanted me to make sure I posted this one today. During the summer months, we often try to forget that snow is part of our lives up here. But at least we've found ONE good use for it!!
Thanks again, Gary - nice to see the website being used as intended. :-)
