For me the neck stiffness soreness is an often sure sign of a cycle begginning - after 16 years of these battles, I kno the difference (or at least believe I do) between a muscle and or joint pain and the begginning of a cycle.

Often tho Chiropractic helps, one in a great while I have at least reasoned that it postponed or significantly altered a cycle.
