You didn't say how much Verapamil your are presently taking and how much you took during your last cycle.
So I only can tell you what I am doing: During my previous cycle I was taking 480 mg/day of Verap. When it ended about 13 month go, I went down to 240 mg/d. End of January I felt a new cycle starting and I went back immediately to 480 mg/d and it kicked in within 2 days. I'm still at this dose because today my cycle started its 8th month :-(
If you're at level 3 - 4, I think your cycle has already started and it's high noon to go back up to the 'cycle dose'.
BTW, Verap works so well for me that I never went above a Kip #3 in 7 month.
