I have used naratriptan somewhat successfully. I used "Amerge" once per day just before sleep. It stopped the night HAs, but pushed them around the clock a bit. However, they weren't as severe. Others have used it twice a day. It would be good to hear from some of them to see how successful a "double dose" was/is.
