I could have written your post. This is my first experience with Verapamil durng my fall cycle. I completely skipped my Spring, but it is usually lighter. I have been taking 240mg since July and last week I started having #2 & 3's. I bumped it up to 360 and have still been having shadows, and plenty of neck pain. I have also been having trouble sleeping and grouchy, all manifestations of my Ch. My theory is if I wasn't taking the Verapamil I would probably be in the #6 to 7 range by now. I know I'm not answering your questions. I just wanted to let you know I'm going through the same anxiety right now. Is the Verapamil going to work or not????? Hang in there.
