Many thanks for replying to my post - guess I already knew, so am bumping up the Verapamil. Love and hate the stuff as it cages the monster but makes me feel absolutely awful after about 3 months. This cycle could be quite a challenge as we have just moved house - we have bought a houseboat for me to live on in the week, coming home at weekends. I worry about the early morning attacks hitting me when afloat - there's not much room for dancin on a narrow boat! God knows what my fellow boaters will think if I start 'the dance' on the marina!
