As with all the board posters, I'm glad you're here but sorry you have to be!
Look at the "medical info" page (from the menu at left), print it, and take it to the doc with you. Same with "the kip scale". If your doc will take the time to go over it with you, maybe it will help break through his or her old ways of thinking.
