CHs are cycling down from a high that has lasted since January. Over that past two weeks at the times I was getting hit by bad CHs I now get this incredible tiredness sweep over me. Not a normal tiredness or even an exhaustion tiredness, but I have to fight hard to keep my eyes open and my brain functioning. When I used to drive a vehicle, I'd have to get off the road as quick as possible and wait until these weird sleepinesses went before driving on. If I push myself and do any physical efforts at these times a proper CH cracks into my head. But like I said I'm cycling down from a long bad chunk of CH. If things are the same as before I'll get varying degrees of shadows all and each of every day until October when the occasional bad CH will kick in. Then as I approach the new year the long long bad patch will start until next August.
Anyone else experience these weird sleepinesses?
