Like you, I am recently diagnosed, having been mis- or non-diagnosed for 20 years. Like others who responded to you, I have been using ozygen (6 L/min but I'm going to try 8), which stops the pain within 15-20 minutes. I have both a big tank and a smaller, portable one. It's great (for me anyway), with no side effects. I'm also on nifedipine (procardia), which worked for about a week, then a relapse, then an increased does (from 25 to 50 mg/day). I'll wait and see if that helps before trying something else.
