Fortunately for me, Lithium has my clusters under control - for now anyway.
My dosage is 900mg/day. 600mg/morning 300mg/evening. It is a serious MED however.
It's very important to have your Neuro keep your levels in check. The only real bad
side effect I had was trembling. I felt like I had Parkinson's disease. As my clusters
became less frequent, I began tapering off. I'm happy to say it's been 2 months now
without Lithium or a HA. When they come back, I'll get back on the Lithium.
Keep in mind, it does take a couple of weeks to reach the right level in your system.
My Neuro kept me on Prednisone until to appropriate level was reached in my system.
