I have had seasonal periods when the clusters are much worse, and nothing seems to prevent them. Other times, if I am very very good about remembering the meds, I can get by for upto a week without a visit. I have noticed that my worst times are in February, then again in October or so. Used to think the seasonality was related to allergies, but I don't see that correlation now. Just circadian stuff, I guess.
