Both these articles in HEADACHE QUARTERLY, Vol. X, #1, 1999. You may be able to get at the medical library of your hospital or, for sure, thru your public library.
"Woman and Headaches: a comprehensive approach", pp 31-36. Deals with lifestyle, stress, and coexisting medical problems which may affect headache.
"Special Considerations in the management of headache in women", pp 37-43. This is heavy duty medical stuff for your doc--but on the topic of interest--role of hormonal changes throught out your life; recommendations re. meds.
