This is a very experimental treatment to discuss with your doc if nothing else is working.
In some CH folks there is a deficiency of magnesium which leads to attacks. This paper outlines use of IV treatment with magnesium producing high % of relief.
To get an abstract: go to the links page (left of this page); look for National Library of Medicine; on their opening page, enter the number 8984087 in the search box; hit search. When a journal article title appears, select the small box to the left; then up a couple of lines and hit "display"; when the abstract is presented on the next page, print out.
