If you have an M.D. who doesn't know squat about CH and you want to take one item with you, I'd recommend:
"Cluster Headache", NEUROLOGY 42 (Suppl 2), March, 1992, 22-31. (Take this whole line to your local library and they will get a copy via interlibrary loan.)
It covers all the basics: clinical features, history, clinical variations on CH, and treatments.
