This is just so no one misses the posts I made in reply to the responses that my post received--I have been away from my computer for a couple of days and as there was a fair amount of activity on this board, the thread is rather far down on the page.
The most important thing I want y'all to get from my replies is about patience and empathy. So please scroll down and disregard the grumpy nature of the first reply to Gary G.
