I could not agree more. While the archives and the links are loaded with important information, many of us new to the board are desperate for help and not familiar with our forum. Yes, some of the questions are repetitive but if one does not wish to answer, there is always the option to close the window. A reminder to check the side board and archives should always be accompanied with a "best effort" response to the sufferes question.
