The following link deals largely with the politics of general pain management and opioids in the U.S. of A, however it is pertinent to worldwide CH'ers who have had difficulty with doctors, pharmacists, and insurance companies in obtaining their appropriate levels of meds. (America has a nasty habit of exporting it's political agenda)
