Remember about a year back... Dr.Mellick posted re: Ritalin and poss. remissions. Well, though I haven't achieved a remission, Ritalin has been VERY helpful in my management of chronic CH. My frequency and intensity have decreased with Ritalin. Proof: Everytime I decrease the dose or attempt to wean....the CH markedly increases. Some folks have had a great response when conventional therapies failed. Dr. Mellick was instrumental into my treatment. Mayo and Diamond were very (very) interested in his studies. Hope it can help some of you....esp. chronics.
