the initial side effects I got were swollen legs , tiredness in joints and lowered heart beat .
Until my system got adjusted to it .
Later on I increased the dose to 360 SR rfom 180 and began feeling tired . so I took one in the morning and one at night to minimize effects ( at the advice of one of the other sufferers from this group .

I think I broke one of my cycles that started at the end of May 98 and I tried sipping beer and the other day someone offred me a Sangria . I took a sip without thinking and the shadows showed up ...
Oh well ..
