I have cervical problem too, and i have to do a fusion between the C4C5. !!!
The cervical problem born in the same period of CH, but i think is not correlated.
Obviously the cervical pain increase during cycles, due to neck "charge". In my case also born in the same period (Autumn-Winter), but it's another obvious thing...cervical pain in summer is not too strong.
