I had a crown fall out and it showed evidence of grinding. My dentist (who I actually like and respect) made me a very expensive night guard which did nothing to relieve my headaches but did make sleeping more difficult. I really wanted it to have some positive, if small, effect; but alas...and I'm still paying it off!
