I'm just curious; about 25-30 years ago my dad used to suffer terribly from what he said was "facial neuralgia". He had suffered from strokes and was in a wheelchair and I remember him sitting there cupping his face in his hands. No one ever explained anything to us kids - I wish I had asked more about it because I have since wondered if he had clusters!
