Riccardo, In the US, "social disease" has a whole different meaning. It usually means a disease that you get from social contact (syphilis, gonorrhea, HIV, etc.) That would explain why a lot of guys get cluster headaches when they reach puberty (just joking).
The percentage I've seen is 0.1% of the population has CH. I have seen a lot of different numbers, as high as 1.0% but I think those are wrong.
