I know that Niacin is not a trigger for me, because the doc gave it to me for cholestrol control. It had some nasty side effects and I gave up on it, but stayed in remission during that time. If you are sensitive to Niacin, it is in most baked goods. The only sliced bread I've been able to find without it is potato bread.
