Cluster Migraine is a term that is still commonly used by uninformed people to describe CH. I've read the term on the board before, and I've read it in other medical literature, and whenever I read it I cringe.
My concern is that we are likely to continue to see this term, and other uninformed terms, for a while anyway, and I'd hate to see CH people who are on the cutting edge, getting upset over it. Well-meaning people may use inaccurate terminology, and it is totally appropriate to correct them when it happens. If I misread the tone of your post, I apologize. I care about you, and I'm very interested in hearing about the effectiveness of Topamax from a chronics point of view.
