that my husband has cluster headaches (well, *I*
found the topic on the net, gave it to my hb's
doc who of course hadn't heard of it but said
that it sounded probable). The one thing that
has kept me doubtful is that he seems to have an
almost constant awareness of a headache "lurking"
in his head during these weeks.
It is like a low level constant headache,
different than the piercing, stabbing pain that
comes periodically.
So I was thinking maybe the diagnosis was wrong,
because of the low level constant
nature of the background headache,
although he has almost all of the other
symptoms like the night waking, the jumpiness,
the eye pain, etc. With your
comments, I am more convinced than ever that what
he has is clusters. Sigh.
