a doctor that, he should medicate me for ch; otherwise
I will end up with yet more inappropriate migraine

The voice of reason always sounds like bullying to the
intolerant.
Incidentally, speaking as a poor ignorant foreigner,
whose use of the English language is clearly rooted
back in the eighteenth century, can someone explain
the codes contained in "ROTFLMAO", two/three/four comma
punctuation, and capitals which would make even the
German language fall apart under the stress?
Would the surgeon-general or the president understand
any better?
