we have exchanged a few e-mails and he does seem like a really caring person. This man has lived with clusters for many years and it is obvious that he has learned what works for him. We all develop our own methods of dealing with this affliction. So next time anyone is tempted to set their keyboard on fire by writing a knee jerk response to posts that you don't agree with, remember to look at yourself very closely and see if there could be ANY possibility that you have EVER offended anyone by saying something in your particular style or manner. As usual, many posters on this board immediately got their hackles up and went into attack mode. I see that the discussions that took place last week went right over the heads of the people who needed it most.
