I tried ritalin after reading the clinical report at this site. My doctor prescribed 20 mg (not sustained release) and I found the first dose (while I was experiencing a CH killed it in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, subsequent tries failed and infact I believe it made my CH's worse. Instead of having 45mi to 1 1/2 hour headache, mine lasted 3 hrs!..However, I did not experience nighttime CHs...My doctor was not familiar with the therapy, and his only info was what I presented to him...has anyone experimented with the dosages?
