I agree, it's important that a serious question deserves answers. However, using e-mail for this should not be the preferred vehicle:
If someone post a question, we surely can expect him/her to come back to the board occasionally to check if he/she has gotten some replies. If we 'hide' our replays, how can newcomers and lurkers get information about new (to them) treatments, how to educate their docs, how to cut red tape? If we post our replies on the board, we can occasionally start an interesting discussion and we can dilute all the squabbling with some useful stuff.

I wished, all the squabblers would use e-mail for their activities. But then, they would not have an audience as large as they like...
