Been there, done that with both clusters and migraines. Absolutely no fun.
But the term "cluster migraine" is what cluster headaches were called for a time when they thought that CHs were a form of migraine. I guess we have made some progress in that we now have our own classification of headaches for clusters.
There are quite a few people (even doctors) who still call them "cluster migraines", however.
